Join Dr. Régine at the College of Charleston as the Inaugural Women’s and Gender Studies Scholar in Residence from Sept. 25-27th. Public events include “Diaspora, Conflict, Bodies, and the Power of Art” talk (Sept. 26, Septima Clark Auditorium at the Thaddeaus Street Jr. Education Center starting at 1:45 p.m) and West African Foodways: Talk & Taste (Sept 27, Trident Tech Palmer Campus, 66 Columbus Street beginning at 2:15 p.m).

These events are a part of “Land, Body, History,” a WGS series exploring vectors of knowledge from a global Black feminist perspective.
